Yunzhi Yi is responsible for promoting the cultural and artistic activities and humanities exchange projects of Yunnan Radio and Television's Lancang-Mekong International TV Station to be implemented in Vietnam. The head of Yunzhi Yi, along with the Yunnan delegation, conducted working exchanges with the Chinese Embassy in Vietnam, the Chinese Culture Center in Hanoi, Vietnam National Television, and the Voice of Vietnam Broadcasting.
